Seasonly is a small tool for lawn care companies. This page says what it holds, who else touches it, and how to get it removed.

What we store about you

If you sign up as an owner: your email address, your company name and the web address you chose for your booking page. If you connect Homeworks, we also hold a copy of the customers, properties, jobs and services we read from it, so they can be shown on a map and cut into a list.

If you are a homeowner filling in a company booking form: the name, address, contact details, answers and photos you typed into that form, so the company can quote the work. You never make an account with us.

Campaign activity and form progress

Campaign links record visits and submitted requests. If you choose to share form progress, we also record the steps you reach and when, such as services or review. These progress events do not include what you type, your answers, photos, or a recording of your screen. You can complete the form without sharing progress. We respect supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for this optional measurement.

A personalized campaign link can associate activity with the person the company sent it to. A forwarded link can still carry that association, so it does not prove who used it. Shared campaign links show aggregate activity. Companies can use recorded activity to review potential follow-ups; a lack of recorded activity does not prove that you did not visit. Detailed form-progress records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days without recorded activity. Cleanup runs daily and may take longer during a processing backlog. Submission and opt-out markers can remain with the campaign or customer record to prevent inappropriate repeat follow-ups after detailed progress is deleted.

Connected campaign insights

Customer refreshes also read the Homeworks marketing-email preference. Email follow-up audiences require a current positive preference from the connected account. Observed email opt-outs remain excluded across matching customer records, including records sharing the same email address.

When a company enables Homeworks campaign insights, we read the status and value of estimates created through Seasonly and inbound text-message history available to that connection. We retain status, timestamps, reply categories and opt-out evidence, not copies of message bodies. Observed opt-outs are used to exclude people from follow-up exports. A text reply is not automatically assigned to a campaign just because its sender is on that campaign's list.

This connection does not give Seasonly access to a Gmail inbox or an AI subscription. Neither is connected as part of this feature.

What we do not store

Your Homeworks password. The connection is made by pressing Allow on Homeworks own screen and we never see it.

Your card number. Payment runs through Stripe Checkout, on Stripe pages, and card details never reach us.

Who else touches it

Supabase stores the database and runs sign in. Stripe takes payments. Resend delivers the few emails Seasonly sends, which are the receipt for a booking and the notes to your own address. Vercel hosts the site. Each of them sees only what it needs to do that job.

We do not sell anything to anybody, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Cookies

The website keeps one cookie of its own, seasonly_consent, which remembers the choice you made in the cookie banner for 180 days. Signing in to the Seasonly app sets the cookies that keep you signed in. Both are essential and are always on.

Analytics cookies, which count visits, and marketing cookies, which measure ads, are only used if you turn them on in the banner. Today the website uses neither. If that changes, they will stay off until you agree. A Global Privacy Control signal from your browser keeps marketing cookies off.

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of the front page.

How long it is kept

A booking a homeowner made stays with the company that took it, because that is their record of the work, until the company deletes it or deletes its account.

Cleanup runs every day and can take a little longer when there is a backlog. When a company is deleted we keep one short record: its id, who asked and when, and the reference Stripe files its invoices under, because tax law asks for that. Stripe keeps the invoices themselves. We also keep the number of the Homeworks account that had a free trial, with no name or company on it, so the same business cannot start a second free trial.

Deleting your data

If you own a company account, open Settings, then Your account, and choose Delete company. We wait 14 days so a mistake can be undone, then delete the company, its customers, requests, photos, campaigns and sign-in accounts. Any paid plan has to be cancelled first.

A company can also delete one homeowner from that person's customer record. Their details, bookings and photos are removed from Seasonly straight away, and the next import from Homeworks will not bring them back.

If you are a homeowner, ask the company that has your booking, or write to support@useseasonly.com and say which company you booked with. The same address is where to ask for a copy.
