Is Homeworks the same as Copilot CRM?

Yes. Copilot CRM is now called Homeworks. If you know it by the old name, this is the same product. Seasonly is made by an independent company, not by Homeworks.

Does Seasonly replace Homeworks?

No. Homeworks keeps your customer records, your schedule and your invoices. Seasonly runs the season on top of it. Cancel Seasonly and your Homeworks account is exactly as you left it.

Does Seasonly text my customers?

No. Seasonly adds the campaign's tag to the right people in Homeworks, and Homeworks sends the text or email from your number, by hand or with an automation on that tag. The one email Seasonly sends is the receipt for a booking someone just made on your form.
