Questions

Does it change my customers in Homeworks?

Only the campaign's tag, and only on the customers you picked. Their other tags stay as they are.

Does Seasonly text my customers?

No. Seasonly adds the campaign's tag to the right people in Homeworks, and Homeworks sends the text or email from your number, by hand or with an automation on that tag. The one email Seasonly sends is the receipt for a booking someone just made on your form.
